The Action Learning Question (ALQ) methodology developed since 2000 and ALQ programmes are recognised by higher education and professional bodies internationally. This enables managers, leaders and professionals to gain recognition for tackling real work based problems, conducting practical research and reflecting on their professional learning. Credits at postgraduate level are earned as ALQs are completed and assessed.

The Action Learning Question module offered by Action Learning International provide one unit standing credit against AIM Business School postgraduate programmes including the MBA programme and provides access to AIM Business School Graduate Certificate, Diploma and MBA Qualifications.
Recognition by Insitute of Leadership & Management
The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is the UK’s largest management body and has endorsed the Action Learning Question programme. Includes access to ILM resources and certification.
The CPD Standards Office have accredited the Action Learning Question programme. CPD Standards award independent CPD accreditation to training and learning activities across all professions and sectors.
