Action Learning Questions

The Action Learning Question process has since been proven in the public, not-for-profit and commercial sector to provide a powerful means of integrating organisational and professional development.  

The Action Learning Question Process

  • Identify a strategic challenge
  • Discuss it with key stakeholders
  • Share with others in a group or 'Action Learning Set'
  • Define the challenge as an Action Learning Question
  • Form a plan to research the Question over a period of approximately 3-4 months
  • Investigate the Question in the organisation
  • Research externally as a source of comparison
  • Make recommendations or mobilse others to implement change
  • Where academic accreditation is required write up each question to appropriate academic standards
